In fall 2022, we partnered with an MSSP adjusting to value-based care. Our analysis revealed cost and risk discrepancies, which initially met some skepticism. After validating the data, we worked closely with their lead physician to tackle a $600,000 deficit. Six months later, thanks to our analytics and support, they turned their losses into gains, setting up a potential $1.2 million improvement over two years.
